1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CrayonBuilding ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use our UI kits and design resources for personal and commercial projects subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not redistribute, resell, or share the original files
• You may not claim the designs as your own work
• You may use the resources in unlimited client and personal projects
• Attribution is appreciated but not required

3. Custom Design Services

For custom redesign and design services:

• Project scope and timeline will be agreed upon in writing before work begins
• Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal
• Revisions are limited to the scope outlined in the agreement
• Final files will be delivered upon full payment
• Client owns the final deliverables after payment is complete

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on UI kit purchases. For custom design services, refund terms will be outlined in the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Service, including but not limited to designs, graphics, and visual elements, are owned by CrayonBuilding and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share purchased files with unauthorized users
• Remove or alter any copyright notices from our products

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. For detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

In no event shall CrayonBuilding be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
